The decor feels outdated throughout the hotel!!! Showers need improved pressure to enhance the experience, and bathroom sizes can be cramped!!! Parking spaces are limited during busy times, adding stress to your stay!!!

The staff provided excellent service and were very attentive during our stay. The family room was well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable experience.

The entertainment offered could be more varied to suit all tastes.

The breakfast was spot on, served up quickly by friendly staff, and we loved relaxing by the indoor swimming pool and unwinding at the sun terrace. One minor downside was that the room layout could've been better, as we were a bit cramped, but it didn't ruin our experience at all. Definitely check out the breakfast. you won’t regret it! 😊

had a great time here! the breakfast was very nice, and the location was super convenient for the bus and train station. on saturday, they even made an early breakfast for me since i had a train to catch, which was really sweet! the staff were really friendly and helpful too. overall, the place was clean and well-maintained.

the internet was a joke unless you were right by the reception, and the rooms could definitely use a bit of a refresh.

i recently stayed at the queens for 3 nights and loved it! the location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach. the staff were super friendly, and breakfast was a highlight, served quickly and tasted great. the hotel felt clean and well-kept, making my stay very enjoyable!

The coffee was served quickly, yet the bathroom tiles were cracked.

The stay was overall pleasant, with fantastic staff, a nice restaurant, and a clean pool, but sadly the allocated room was quite shabby and in need of maintenance. I appreciated the attentive service, though the lack of management presence was noticeable.

We enjoyed our stay for three nights, appreciating the cleanliness and lovely decor. The staff were attentive, making our dining experiences enjoyable. the room felt uncomfortably warm at night.

The dining experience featured generous portions and a nice variety, complemented by excellent service in a clean, tidy atmosphere. The room, however, was disappointingly small and in need of refurbishment, with uncomfortable bedding that affected sleep quality. Check-in was unprofessional, as staff seemed uninterested in guest experiences.

The food was exceptional, I’ve never tasted such high quality meals in a hotel, every night was a new delight to anticipate.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but for what we got, I can’t complain too much.
